Mike Graham, who named the Gramicci brand after his nickname at Stonemasters, initially designed gear for climbers. His journey began with portable tents for camping in rough terrain, but when he couldn’t find comfortable shorts ideal for bouldering, he started designing his own. After testing them with his friends and ensuring their functionality, Gramicci was born. The brand expanded quickly from specialized climbing gear to outdoor apparel that prioritizes comfort, functionality, and innovation.

In 2011, to celebrate its 30th anniversary, Gramicci launched the G Movement line with NPT fabric—a blend of durable, organically grown natural fibers combined with free-thinking design.
