New Balance 2010
New Balance has been making sneakers since 1906, and they continue to draw from their running archives to deliver the best for modern men's sneakers. The New Balance 2010 in the Black/Harbor Grey colorway embodies this spirit, inspired by the technical look of running shoes from the turn of the millennium. If you enjoy layered uppers, a more pronounced sole, and a style that feels sporty yet is primarily worn in the city, you'll quickly come to love the 2010.
The upper combines suede, textile, and synthetic materials, ensuring the sneaker retains its shape while offering plenty of visual details. The textile sections enhance breathability, while the suede panels add a more refined look. Cushioning is provided by the ABZORB midsole, which absorbs impact with every step, and the rubber outsole gives you reliable traction on the pavement. Reflective elements increase your visibility when you're heading home after dark. The low cut and standard D width fit most feet comfortably. The Black/Harbor Grey combination pairs easily with cargo pants, jeans, or a tracksuit. The Boston-based brand has long been committed to quality craftsmanship and comfort that you'll appreciate even after a full day of wear.

Futuristic return to the Y2K era - New Balance 2010
New Balance 2010 is a model that perfectly captures the current wave of retro-futurism and millennial aesthetics. This silhouette is famous for its complex layered upper that combines technical mesh with metallic and synthetic overlays, giving the shoe an unmistakable high-tech look. The main technological weapon is the massive midsole with ABZORB® technology, which, combined with the N-ergy® material in the heel, provides superior shock absorption and energy return. Interestingly, the 2010 model is based on archival running designs that were considered the pinnacle of technology in their day, and are now the holy grail for chunky sneakerheads.

User reviews
More than a century of tradition based on stable and reliable movement. These are the New Balance shoes, which have become a symbol around which a cult of comfortable walking and running lovers has been created during the 20th century. But beyond sneakers, New Balance is also at the forefront of everyday and sports fashion. Every year, a special collection is released and more than one football team boasts the NB logo on their jersey.
The history and development of New Balance shoes
On our website and practically anywhere else, you won't find a large number of brands as old as New Balance. In fact, as early as 1906, the New Balance Arch Support Company was formed to provide specific aids for each shoe. These were designed to not only provide comfort to the then not-so-comfortable shoes, but more importantly stability by supporting the arch of the foot - hence the name New Balance.
However, New Balance sneakers as shoes did not start to come out until many years later. Specifically, the first silhouette of a New Balance shoe saw the light of day in 1960 when the Trackster model came out. It was unique among the others primarily because it was the first outright running shoe with a crimped sole.
But the marketing didn't work very well and for a long time New Balance shoes were still a community affair. It wasn't until the 1970s that sales started to grow, with the popularisation of running, which was also linked to the hosting of the now iconic Boston Marathon. New Balance shoes began to become popular among runners and the company slowly but surely became a leading manufacturer of running shoes.
For running? Yes, but also no.
Today, however, men's and women's New Balance sneakers aren't just a running thing. Over years of branding and image building, they have become sneakers for almost every situation. Today we wear New Balance shoes before a trip to the countryside, a city walk but also a social event and still undoubtedly before a sporting performance.
New Balance sneakers can therefore be found in a variety of different designs. Men's and women's, in black and white and many other colours. The most popular models today are mainly New Balance sneakers with the 247, 373, 574 and 997. Of course, you can find all these New Balance shoes on Footshop. But besides these, there are also many others and the ranges of the latest silhouettes are constantly growing. So before you make your final choice, carefully examine all of our New Balance sneakers.
A record for stability.
New Balance footwear today is not afraid to venture into collaborations with other fashion brands, but also artists or athletes. It's not so long ago that the NB logo also started to appear on the jerseys of some football teams, and it's not impossible that the brand's influence and reach will continue to grow in the future. New Balance sneakers are worn, for example, by Trayvon Bromell, the American sprinter who became the first junior ever to break the magic ten-second mark in the 100 metres. Could it be that New Balance shoes helped him to achieve this?
In short,New Balance sneakers are a phenomenon that we have been wearing for many decades and everything indicates that we will be wearing them for many decades to come. And hopefully in greater numbers. The original intention of the brand, to make wearing sneakers on a daily basis more enjoyable, has not left New Balance shoes even more than a century after the legendary phrase was introduced to the market.
So be part of a tradition with a clear vision and name your sneakers with the iconic NB in the logo.
