Pattern efficiency
We’ve refined the way we cut patterns to create shoes with minimal material waste. By arranging all the components of the shoe on a smaller surface area during the cutting proccess, we use and waste less. The distinctive cuts it creates are unique to The Clean Classics
Rubber
Our Better Rubber is an innovative, more sustainable compound made from 90% natural rubber and 10% recycled rubber. Natural rubber is a renewable resource, tapped from rubber trees.
Bloom foam
This product is made made using algae harvesting technology that helps to keep our lakes clean and promotes clean water.
OrthoLite hybrid dockliner compound
Our recycled OrthoLite sockliners are made with 15% recycled OrthoLite, 6% Bio-oil and 5% recycled rubber.
Recycled polyester
Made with recycled materials in an effort to reduce our use of virgin materials and our impact on the enviroment.
Laces
Laces are made from a 100% recyclable polyester.
Upcycling old box material
We’re using leftover stock of our box material, no longer useable because of changes or mistakes in the print, to create The Clean Classics packaging. The boxes will be cut efficiently, creating random print patterns that differ from box to box.
