The size doesn't fit? No worries, you can create a new order to reserve the size and send the old one back with a filled out return form and the new order number. You don't have to pay for the new order, just select to pay with cash on delivery/ bank transfer and leave a note that it's for an exchange. If you don't have any of these payment options available, you can choose to pay with a credit card and close the window on the last step (when the only thing you can do is to enter your card info, which you won't do). Goods ordered from 1 December can be exchanged or returned until 15 January.

Exchange procedure

  1. Put the original invoice & the return form into a box along with the unworn goods.
  2. Pack the shoe box in a plastic bag, a bigger box or other packing material so it doesn't get damaged in transit. Please don't put tape on the shoe box directly, as it will devalue the product.
  3. Send the packed goods to our address.

    Important notice
    • Please note that our system displays US sizes so what you see in the order confirmation and on your invoice is a US size. Due to Nike's policy, we do not ship Nike and Jordan products outside of the European Union. Exceptions are Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If your delivery country charges customs or import duties, you will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over them and cannot inform you of what they will be. Customs policies vary from country to country so if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more info. The return costs are at the customer's expense.
    • Please don't bring the goods to the warehouse personally. Please note you are only allowed to make one exchange per order (until exchanges are fully disabled). Orders shipped with cash on delivery will not be accepted. RAFFLE ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
    • We recommend shipping the order with tracking and insurance. Customers based in the UK, don't forget to attach the invoice inside the package to avoid paying the customs fees.
  4. To reserve a new product for exchange: if the size you’re looking for is available, just place a new order on it and enter the number of your original order in the note section - remember, if there is no note, the system does not know that it is a replacement. Select to pay with a credit card/ cash on delivery/ bank transfer if available but close the window after confirming the order (the last step is when the only thing you can do is insert your card information = you don't have to pay for the exchange). When we receive the goods back, we'll process them and ship the new order.

Terms of exchange

  • The 30 day return period starts on the day you receive the goods. You should return the package in this return period.
  • The goods must be unworn and fitted for further sale.
  • The goods must be packed in its original packaging that has not been damaged.
  • The goods can't be damaged or devalued in any way.
Our tip

We recommend insuring the package before returning it. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, you could file a complaint with the carrier and get your money back. Customers based in the UK, don't forget to attach the invoice inside the package to avoid paying the customs fees.
