The size doesn't fit? No worries, you can create a new order to reserve the size and send the old one back with a filled out return form and the new order number. You don't have to pay for the new order, just select to pay with cash on delivery/ bank transfer and leave a note that it's for an exchange. If you don't have any of these payment options available, you can choose to pay with a credit card and close the window on the last step (when the only thing you can do is to enter your card info, which you won't do).

Exchange procedure

  1. Put a copy of the invoice & the return form into a box along with the unworn goods.
  2. Pack the shoe box in a plastic bag, a bigger box or other packing material so it doesn't get damaged in transit. Please don't put tape on the shoe box directly, as it will devalue the product.
  3. Send the packed goods to our address.

    Important notice
    • The return costs are at the customer's expense. Orders shipped with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
    • Please don't bring the goods to the warehouse personally.
    • We recommend shipping the order with tracking and insurance.
  4. To reserve a new product for exchange: if the size you’re looking for is available, just place a new order on it and enter the number of your original order in the note section - remember, if there is no note, the system does not know that it is a replacement. Select to pay with a credit card/ cash on delivery/ bank transfer if available but close the window after confirming the order (the last step is when the only thing you can do is insert your card information = you don't have to pay for the exchange). When we receive the goods back, we'll process them and ship the new order.

Terms of exchange

  • The 30 day return period starts on the day you receive the goods. You should return the package in this return period.
  • The goods must be unworn and fitted for further sale.
  • The goods must be packed in its original packaging that has not been damaged.
  • The goods can't be damaged or devalued in any way.
Our tip

We recommend insuring the package before returning it. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, you could file a complaint with the carrier and get your money back.
